Active Military and First Responders
Active military and first responders (police, firefighter, EMS), with proper documentation, are also eligible for discounts above - 5% off rent (maximum of $50 off per month). No other “first responders” not listed may receive this discount.
How to Qualify for Discounts and Conditions
To be eligible for benefits, one leaseholder must be currently employed or starting a job with one of our Preferred Employers, and a letter of employment or pay stubs must be submitted. You must rent without an outside broker. Internal community transfers and current leases are not eligible. Current leases may qualify upon renewal. Applicants must apply and meet standard rental criteria.
The discount only applies to monthly rent charges, and there are no other recurring monthly or one-time fees (e.g., pet rent, pet fee, utility charges, or deposits). The discount only applies for lease terms that are 12 months or longer. Certain exceptions may be approved for shorter lease terms if 12-month lease terms are unavailable.
Application fee(s) must be paid initially when applying and will be credited back upon approval at move-in.
